Wat Na Phra Men is one important temple with the beauty of the complete architecture from the Ayutthaya period. It is one of the few temples to have survived Ayutthaya ‘s sacking by invading troop during 18th century. The ordination hall enshrines Phra Phuttha Nimit Wichitmara Moli Sri Sanphet Boromatrailokanat”  – the largest crowned Buddha image from the Ayutthaya period. The Buddha image is fully decorated in regal attire, which is typical Ayutthaya style. The buddha image is in  the attitude of subduing Mara. It the most beautiful and largest crowned Buddha image that was left after the war.

Inside the temple complex, there is a viharn enshires Phra Khantharat, a large Dvaravati stone Buddha seated in European fashion. Wat Na Phra Men is the important historical site of Ayutthaya,  it is the cultural heritage reflecting the complete Ayutthaya architecture. This temple is a famous attraction for tourists.
